ORC-CCS
Key to large-area data collects is the SPEC Lab's Off-Road Capable - Command & Control Station (ORC-CCS). Our in development system, build 1 to be completed April 2022, features a heavy-duty 4x4 Ford F-250 highly-customized bed and payload space, and capable of hauling off-road up to 16,000 lbs. of fragile vibration isolated payload and a heavy trailer-mounted 50-70 ft. manlift, enabling large area visual line of sight data collection, while maintaining satellite communications and multi-sensor GatorEye XL mission operations, flight system and sensors calibration and maintenance, and airspace deconfliction, under even adverse climate conditions and in difficult remote terrain.
